Public tenders, made visible.

Public tenders, made visible.
The public procurement and calls-for-tender engine for France is now deployed, structuring one of the most opaque and fragmented information markets in French public life.

France issues tens of thousands of public tenders every year — from a small commune's roadworks contract to a regional hospital's multi-year IT overhaul — published across a fragmented landscape of BOAMP listings, individual buyer platforms, and regional profils d'acheteur. For a company trying to track opportunities relevant to its sector, the search itself is often the largest barrier to entry. This engine is built to remove that barrier.

The tenders-fr engine indexes calls for tender (appels d'offres), buyer profiles (collectivités, établissements publics, hôpitaux), award notices, and the sector and CPV-code classification layer that makes filtering by activity possible. It treats both sides of the transaction — public buyers and candidate suppliers — as structured, searchable entities.

Initial deployment prioritises national and regional-level tenders above a material threshold, with municipal-level tenders from smaller communes following as coverage deepens.
